Patty Stotzheim

Patty Stotzheim graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota.  Her legal education included training in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in Paris, Budapest, and Jerusalem.  Patty focuses her practice on helping clients in contested probate matters, such as when omitted heirs are contesting the validity of a will or other issues related to a Decedent's estate, as well as contested guardianship and conservatorship issues.  She is also a mediator.

Early in her legal career, Patty served as the law clerk to the Honorable Mary Yunker where she learned to break down complex probate matters.  Patty is a skilled litigator who advocates zealously for her clients.  She knows that every matter has unique circumstances.  Her clients appreciate her compassion and understanding of their individual situations

Before her legal career, Patty achieved remarkable success as the head women’s gymnastics coach at Hamline University and later, Southeast Missouri State University.  She also owned and was the head coach for Spirit Gymnastics, Inc., a private gymnastics club in St. Paul.  She frequently volunteers for Hamline University Athletics.
